Where they started
Istanbul Market is a Turkish grocery in Wrocław with a loyal customer base. Its Google profile was thin, and it ranked #7 on Google Maps for “turecki sklep” (Turkish shop) and #13 for “market”.
People were already searching: “market” gets about 2,900 searches a month and “turecki sklep” about 1,000. The shop just wasn’t showing up for them.
What we did
Audited the profile and the searches
We compared the Google profile with the shops ranking above it and listed the searches that matter: market, turecki sklep, turkish market and halal meat.
Rebuilt the Google profile
New categories, descriptions, products and photos, plus regular posts so the profile stayed active.
Made the details match everywhere
We made the name, address and phone number identical across the directories Google trusts, and checked the profile’s numbers each week to adjust.
Why it works: Google ranks local businesses on relevance, distance and prominence. A complete, consistent profile scores better on the first and the last.
