Email Marketing built on
the one audience you own.

Every other channel rents you attention. Search rankings, ad accounts and social reach can be reshaped overnight by a platform decision you had no part in. A list of people who asked to hear from you stays yours. We build the automated flows that turn it into repeat revenue, and we keep them landing in the inbox.

Automated flow

Trigger: cart created, no order placed

  • 1 After 1 hour: the cart, and nothing else
  • 2 After 1 day: answer the obvious objection
  • 3 After 3 days: last call, then stop
  • Order placed, contact exits the flow
SPF · DKIM · DMARC authenticated sender
Illustrative example. Timings and exit rules are set per client, not copied from a template.

The automated flows we build, test and maintain

  • Welcome Flows
  • Abandoned Cart
  • Post-Purchase
  • Win-Back
  • Segmentation
  • Deliverability
  • A/B Testing
  • List Hygiene

Our email strategy

  1. 01

    Own the audience

Rankings, ad accounts and social reach all sit behind someone else’s algorithm. A permission-based list does not.

  2. 02

    Fix the plumbing first

Authentication, sender reputation and list hygiene decide whether anything reaches an inbox at all.

  3. 03

    Automate before you broadcast

Welcome, cart, post-purchase and win-back run every day of the year. A newsletter runs once.

  4. 04

Test one thing at a time

Subject line, send time or offer, changed singly, so the result tells you something you can reuse.

Email marketing is the practice of sending commercial messages to people who gave you permission to contact them. It splits into broadcast campaigns, which go out once to a chosen segment, and automated flows, which fire off a customer action and keep running without anyone pressing send. The flows are where the money sits.

Organic is equity. Paid is rent. Email is the deed.

Rankings can move under you and ad costs can rise without warning. The subscriber list is the only asset in your marketing stack that survives a platform changing its mind.

Nobody can switch it off

An algorithm update can halve organic visibility and an ad account can be suspended while support looks into it. A list of confirmed subscribers stays reachable through all of that, because you hold the addresses.

Flows compound, campaigns spike

A newsletter earns whatever it earns on the day it lands. A welcome sequence greets every new subscriber for as long as it stays switched on, which makes it the better place to spend build time.

Deliverability comes first

Design and copy only matter once the message reaches an inbox. Authentication, sender reputation and list hygiene are the unglamorous half of email, and they decide whether the other half gets read.

The flows that carry the revenue

Each one fires off a specific customer action, which is why they outperform a scheduled send to everybody. The table below is the core set we build for most ecommerce and subscription clients.

Flow When it fires What it is for
Welcome Immediately after someone confirms a subscription Introduce the brand while interest is at its highest and set expectations for what you will send
Abandoned cart When a cart is created and no order follows inside a set window Remove whatever stopped the order, whether that is a delivery question, a payment worry or simple distraction
Post-purchase After the order is confirmed, then again after delivery Reassure the buyer, explain how to get the most from what they bought, and ask for a review at the right moment
Win-back After a defined period with no opens, clicks or orders Give a lapsed customer one clear reason to return before the address is suppressed for good
Replenishment When a consumable is due to run out, based on the previous order Catch the repeat purchase at the moment it is actually needed rather than a month either side of it

Who this is for

Email pays back hardest where a customer can buy more than once, or where the decision takes long enough that staying in touch changes the outcome.

Ecommerce with repeat purchase potential

If a customer has any reason to come back, from consumables to seasonal restocks, the flows do the returning for you. Cart recovery and replenishment usually pay for the whole engagement before anything else is switched on.

Subscription and SaaS businesses

Onboarding, activation and renewal all happen over email whether you planned them or not. Making those sequences deliberate is usually cheaper than buying replacements for the customers who quietly lapse.

Brands watching acquisition costs climb

When every new customer costs more than the last, the answer is rarely more budget. It is getting a second and third order out of the customers you have already paid for once.

Anyone sitting on a list they never use

Plenty of businesses collect addresses for years and send a handful of newsletters. That list still has value, though reviving it needs care with consent, hygiene and sending volume so the reputation damage stays at zero.

How our email process works

The order matters. Sending before the technical foundation is sound is how a domain earns a reputation problem that takes months to undo.

  1. 1

    Infrastructure and deliverability audit

We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, sending domain setup, unsubscribe handling and complaint history. Gmail and Yahoo tightened their bulk sender requirements in 2024, including authentication and one-click unsubscribe, so this is where we start.

  2. 2

    List review and consent check

Where did each address come from, and can you evidence that it was given freely. Anything that fails that test gets suppressed rather than mailed, which protects both your GDPR position and your sender reputation.

  3. 3

    Lifecycle mapping

We plot the real journey from first visit to repeat order and mark the moments where a message would help. That map becomes the flow plan, with a trigger, a delay and an exit rule written down for every step.

  4. 4

    Flow build and copywriting

We build and write the automations in your platform, reusing the research behind your content marketing so the voice in the inbox matches the voice on the site.

  5. 5

    Segmentation and suppression

Engagement tiers, purchase history and product interest become the segments that decide who receives what. Unengaged contacts get a last attempt and then stop receiving mail, because sending to people who never open drags everyone else down with them.

  6. 6

    Testing and reporting

One variable per test, run long enough to mean something, with the winner rolled into the flow. Every month you get the numbers from your own account and a plain explanation of what we changed and why.

What you actually receive

Everything below lives in your own platform and your own domain. If we stop working together, the flows keep running and your team can edit them.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records checked and corrected
  • Sending domain, subdomain and warm-up plan
  • Unsubscribe and complaint handling brought up to current requirements

  • Every flow with its trigger, delay and exit rule written out
  • The message each email is responsible for carrying
  • The gaps we are deliberately leaving alone, with reasons

Built and written automations

  • Welcome, cart, post-purchase, win-back and replenishment flows live
  • Copy and subject lines written for your audience
  • Templates your team can reuse for campaigns

Segments and the monthly report

  • Engagement tiers and suppression rules documented
  • Flow and campaign performance pulled from your own account
  • List health, complaint signals and what we are testing next

Questions we get asked

What is email marketing?

Email marketing is the practice of sending commercial messages to people who asked to hear from you. In practice it splits in two: broadcast campaigns that go out once, and automated flows that fire off a customer action and keep running without anyone pressing send.

We already invest in SEO. Why add email?

Email is the only channel on the list you actually own. Rankings, ad accounts and social reach depend on decisions someone else makes. Organic SEO earns the visit and email keeps the relationship after it, so the two compound rather than compete for the same budget.

Will you buy us a list to get started faster?

No. Bought lists wreck sender reputation, generate spam complaints from people who never asked for anything, and have no lawful basis for consent under GDPR. That matters for any business emailing people in Poland or the wider EU. We grow lists from your own traffic instead.

What changed for senders in 2024?

Gmail and Yahoo tightened their requirements for bulk senders. They expect proper domain authentication through SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a one-click unsubscribe that works, and spam complaint rates kept low. Senders who ignored the change saw delivery quietly degrade rather than fail loudly.

Which email platform do you work in?

We work in whatever you already pay for, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot and Shopify Email. The flows, the segmentation logic and the copy matter far more than the tool. If your platform genuinely blocks the work, we will say so and explain why.

How long before automated flows produce anything?

Flows start firing as soon as they are live, so the first orders can arrive within days. The meaningful read takes longer, because a win-back or replenishment sequence needs a full purchase cycle to pass before you can judge it against anything.

Find out what your list is capable of.

We will audit your authentication, your consent trail and the flows you have live today, then tell you which sequence is worth building first. If the honest answer is that you need traffic before you need email, we will say that too and point you at organic SEO instead.
