Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who we are
This website, https://lineup.agency (the “Site”), is operated by LineUp spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (“LineUp”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Poland at al. Marcina Kromera 51A, 51-164 Wrocław, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001198888, with NIP (tax ID) 8952294421 and REGON 542950377. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.
You can reach us at [email protected] or by phone at +48 515 875 383 for any question about how we handle your personal data.
2. What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following situations:
- Contact and enquiry forms. When you submit a form (e.g. to book an audit call or ask about our services), we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message content you provide.
- Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to updates via our newsletter popup, we collect your email address.
- Client and contract data. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to prepare contracts and invoices (company/legal name, registered address, NIP/tax ID, billing contact details) through our contracts and billing system.
- Site usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the Site — this includes IP address (truncated/anonymised by Google), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Cookie consent choice. When you interact with our cookie banner, your accept/decline choice is stored in your browser so we don’t ask again.
3. Why we use your data (legal basis)
- Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver the marketing services you’ve engaged us for, including invoicing.
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for newsletter emails and for non-essential analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to keep the Site secure, understand aggregate site performance, and follow up on business enquiries.
- Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — to keep accounting and invoicing records as required by Polish tax law.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (“processors”), including: Google (Analytics and Search Console), our email/SMTP provider, our hosting provider, and — where you are a client — our accounting/invoicing processes. These providers are only permitted to use your data to provide the service we’ve asked them for.
Some of these providers (notably Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are covered by the provider’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under GDPR.
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact-form enquiries that don’t turn into a client relationship: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriber emails: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Client contract and invoicing records: kept for the period required by Polish tax and accounting law (currently 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year).
- Analytics data in Google Analytics 4: retained per our GA4 configuration (currently 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure (“right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our contracts/billing system, and restricted staff access — to protect the personal data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. Children
Our Site and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The date of the latest revision is shown at the bottom of this page; material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
